How to apply
Before applying online, keep the following points in mind:
- Applicants are required to apply only through Online mode, no other means/mode of submission of application form will be accepted.
- Applicants will have to pay an Application fees of Rs. 2000/- before filling up the Online Application Form and to retain the State Bank Collect Reference No. (starting with 'DU...') which is to be provided during the online application.
- The link to fill up online application form will remain active up to midnight of the last date of online application. Applicants are advised to fill up the online application form well in advance, without waiting for the last date, to avoid the last minute hassle.
- Please keep your ‘scanned photograph’, ‘scanned signature’ and ‘scanned GATE Score Card’ ready with you in the following format :
- Your recent scanned photograph only in .jpg format (file size should not exceed 100 KB)
- Your scanned signature only in .jpg format. (file size should not exceed 100 KB)
- Scanned copy of GATE Score Card in .jpg format (file size should not exceed 200 KB)
Please Note :
- The candidate must have a GATE Score which has validity on the date of Admission. Not mandatory for Sponsored Candidates.
- Candidates are advised not to fill up the form more than once.
- Candidates will have to pay an Application fees of Rs. 2000/- before filling up the Online Application Form.
Registration Process
Step 1 - Click on "Click Here to Apply" at the botom of the page. Go through all the steps before proceeding. Keep the State Bank Collect Payment Reference No. ready as it shall be required while filling up the online application.
After clicking on the button, the Application Form will appear
Step 2 – Before filling up the Application Form, read all the eligibility criteria given in the Notification. Don’t leave any blank entry if it is mandatory to fill. Fill the Application form properly, upload the photograph, signature & GATE Score Card and save the Application form by clicking the ‘Submit’ button.
Step 3 – Once the Application form is saved, an ‘Application Number’ will be generated. Note down the number and keep it securely for future use. Now, click on “Next” to continue, you’ll be taken to the Applicant Login Area.
Step 4 – Next, Click on ‘Print of Application form’ from the Applicant Login Page. Take two (2) copies of print-out of your Application form, one for your reference and the other for submission on the day of Examination. Ensure that you have put your LTI (Left Thumb Impression) in the given space provided in the Printed Application Form
Note:
(i) No Appication (hard-copy) need to be physically submitted
(ii) It is the responsibility of the applicant to ensure that correct SB Collect Payment Reference No. be provided during the online application process. Also, ensure that your payment have not been declined/failed, which can also be verified by visting the Payment Link again and checking from "Payment History" link in the Menu (State Bank Collect Website).
Mismatch in Payment Reference No./Payment failure, shall result in application not being processes further.
HOW TO DOWNLOAD THE ADMIT CARD
- Log on to www.aec.ac.in and click on Online Application for PG ENTRANCE EXAMINATION 2023. In the next page, click on “Applicant Login” placed at the top Menu bar, an Applicant Login Screen will appear. Sign in your account using your ‘Application Number’ & your ‘Date of Birth’. You’ll be taken to the Applicant Login Page.
- Click on ‘Download Admit Card’ (available 05-07-2023 onwards)
- Your Admit Card will be generated. You can now take the Print out of your ADMIT CARD.
